As a Medical Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling a range of medical products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare supplies. You'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations, and be able to communicate complex information to healthcare professionals in a clear and persuasive manner. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 20,000 - Rp 25,000 per bulan, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical practitioners.
• Promote and sell a range of medical products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and product developments.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals and their patients.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with peers and learn about new products and services.
• Use CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Bali and surrounding areas.
