As an HRBP Manager at Viapulsa Global Indonesia, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business performance. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and training, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. You'll also play a key role in employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture. With your expertise in HRIS systems like BambooHR and your knowledge of local labor laws, you'll ensure compliance and efficiency in all HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

- 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
