📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate port operations and customs inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Manage and verify cargo documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and customs declarations.
Conduct physical and electronic inspections of cargo to detect and prevent illegal or restricted items.
Collaborate with local authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to resolve any issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records and reports of port activities and customs inspections.
Provide support and guidance to the team on customs procedures and port operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing port and customs operations.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in port and customs operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in port and customs operations, preferably in a maritime or logistics environment.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping laws, and port operations.
Experience with cargo inspection tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Valid certification in customs brokerage or relevant field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
