📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on civil, MEP, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Provide technical support to property managers and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in civil, MEP, and HVAC technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil, MEP, or HVAC maintenance.
• Proven track record in maintaining and repairing various systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid certification in civil, MEP, or HVAC maintenance (preferred).
