📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests at the cinema entrance, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle ticketing, including selling, exchanging, and validating tickets using our in-house ticketing system.
• Provide movie recommendations and information to guests, helping them choose the perfect film for their evening.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Promote upcoming movies and special events to enhance guest engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized cinema environment.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of movie screens and equipment as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a retail or entertainment environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and ticketing software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and interact with guests in a lively environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in customer service or hospitality a plus.
