As a Central Kitchen Barista at Astro Indonesia, you will work alongside experienced baristas to create and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, lattes, cappuccinos, and more. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines, including proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and trends.
