📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of mining operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with all technical mining standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize mining equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the mining team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mining activities with other business functions.
• Report on operational performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mining projects and operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using mining software and tools such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
