📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding loan payments.
• Document and record all payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company's system.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Report on collection activities and follow up on overdue payments.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and financial products.
