📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and rules at the ice rink.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of the ice rink, including ensuring the ice surface is in optimal condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
• Oversee the operation of the ice rink, including managing the flow of visitors and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment and ensuring all activities run smoothly.
• Promote the ice rink and its activities to visitors and the community.
• Report any incidents or issues to the management team promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized ice rink facility at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security or customer service role, preferably in a recreational or sports facility.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with ice rink operations and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 kg and stand for long periods of time.
