📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Promote and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer trends is a plus.
