Cybalink Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team in Bali. This is an office-based position where you will be responsible for conducting quantity surveys and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quantity surveys and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Utilizing Cubit and Mudshark software to create detailed and precise estimates.,Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project information.,Reviewing and verifying project documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff members.,Participating in project meetings and providing input on project timelines and budgets.,Maintaining accurate records of all project-related information and data.,Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating, with a focus on Cubit and Mudshark.,Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry and regulations is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
