📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire procurement process from request to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Provide training and support to junior procurement staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Understanding of local market conditions and regulations.
