📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and customers.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on store performance and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
