📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English proficiency is a plus.
