📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive employer brand and create a thriving work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
