📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.,Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.,Create and optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.,Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into marketing campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.,Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.,Mentor and guide junior SEO specialists in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings.,In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building.,Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, SEMrush Academy) are a plus.
