🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
