📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external use.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.,Provide financial support to the management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Train and mentor junior finance staff to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with the last 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
