📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations,Identifying areas of risk and providing recommendations for improvement,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal controls,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our operations,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and recommendations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
