📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all workers.,Monitor project progress and report to management on a regular basis.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Manage and maintain site equipment and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and standards.,Proficient in using construction management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
