In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Evaluate and select third-party training providers and vendors when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and developing e-learning courses and multimedia content.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
