Sehati Yoga Medical Center is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Lead and mentor HR staff,Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Proven track record in managing HR functions and processes,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HR software and tools
