As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion.,Handle employee relations matters, such as addressing concerns, disciplinary actions, and grievances.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.🛠️ Keahlian
