📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist clients at the reception desk, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate services.
• Schedule appointments and manage client records using our in-house system.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide information about our services and products, and address any concerns or complaints.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for all client information.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
