Town New Sentosa is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are well-trained and follow all safety regulations.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.,Handle vehicle bookings and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to the fleet, such as accidents or breakdowns.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
