📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,Analyze financial data to provide insights and support business decision-making,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability,Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements and tax returns,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and risk management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus
