📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain high service standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
