📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support in the organization of fleet-related events and activities.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
