📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Process payroll and manage vendor payments efficiently.
• Maintain and update financial records and documents.
• Support the accounting team in preparing for audits and financial reviews.
• Provide financial data and insights to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
