📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth and development.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using training and development software and tools.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Strong organizational and project management skills.
