📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer interaction.
  • Maintain and expand our customer base through effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide sales reports to management.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
