The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a keen understanding of credit risk, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing credit investments, as well as managing the portfolio of existing investments. You will work closely with the Private Credit team and other stakeholders to ensure that our investments are aligned with our clients' objectives and risk appetite.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Sourcing, evaluating, and executing credit investments in line with the Private Credit team's strategy and objectives.Managing the portfolio of existing investments, including monitoring performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including investors, borrowers, and service providers.Preparing and presenting investment proposals, reports, and other materials to the Private Credit team and other stakeholders.Conducting due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational aspects.Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in private credit.Assisting in the development and implementation of the Private Credit team's strategy and business plan.Participating in team meetings, conferences, and other events as required.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, or a related field.Strong understanding of credit risk, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.Experience in using financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, and Refinitiv is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
