📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to team discussions and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
