📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Oversee daily operations of the branch, including inventory management and customer service.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or management roles, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
