Sehati Intan Medical Center is looking for a dedicated and efficient Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting the overall efficiency of our medical center. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the daily operations of the medical center, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.,Assist in the coordination of medical staff, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for patient care.,Support the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including equipment and patient rooms.,Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management.,Assist in the organization and management of medical supplies and inventory.,Provide support to the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or operational role in a healthcare setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
