CV Sumber Bhakti is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, its services, and facilities.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle and manage guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the best of their ability.,Operate and maintain the front desk reception area, including the reception desk, phone system, and other related equipment.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with customer service best practices and principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused attitude.
