📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of customer service and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Participate in inventory counts and restocking activities to ensure adequate supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
